Digitizer…

A digitizer starts by enlarging the artwork three to six times the final size of the design to be embroidered.
This allows the puncher to see and interpret every detail of the design of stitches. The actual process actually involves entering
digital data into a computer.

The data represents stitches and their parameters, color changes and design elements.
When we decided to find a digitizer we had to decide which was more important..quality, price or service. We decided on quality and service.
We happen to think you get what you pay for, and we Have an excellent digitizer.
Usually after talking to a customer and they approve the price and the art-work of the logo, we can have the design within 2or 3 days.The digitizer then sews a copy to make sure logo ran good.
We then embroidery a sample off and call the customer over to view that sample to see if they approve or needs changes.
We have used the same person for 12 years and we have had excellent results.
We have had other digitizers approach us but we will not change..Not when you have the best
